Plumbing, Drain & Sewer Service
Emergency Plumbing, Sewer & Drain Service
Prompt help for urgent plumbing leaks, sewer backups, blocked drains and drainage issues during operating hours.

What to expect
Call about backups, blocked drains and urgent leaks.
Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 5 PM. Call during these hours about sewage backing up into a fixture, several drains backing up together, a blocked drain that prevents use of a fixture or an urgent plumbing leak. Availability is confirmed when you call; this is not an overnight or 24-hour service.
During the initial call, tell us the property address, which fixtures are affected, when the problem started and whether water backs up when another fixture runs. Mention any recent clearing, known cleanout location and access restrictions. Avoid using fixtures that cause an active backup while you arrange an assessment.

A better starting point
Start with the symptoms and available access.
The initial assessment considers the affected fixtures, visible leakage or backup and accessible drain or sewer entry points. We explain whether the next step is plumbing repair, drain clearing or further inspection. An urgent blockage does not automatically mean the sewer needs replacement.
For fixture or leak concerns, see General Plumbing. For a drain restriction, see Drain Cleaning. Recurring or shared-line concerns may need Sewer Camera Inspections before considering Sewer Repair.

When can I call for urgent sewer or drain service?
Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 5 PM. Call to discuss the problem and confirm availability. We do not advertise overnight or 24-hour service or promise an arrival time.
What does it mean when several fixtures back up together?
It can indicate a restriction in a shared drain or main sewer line. The symptoms alone do not identify the obstruction or establish pipe damage. Tell us which fixtures are affected so the assessment can focus on suitable access.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your address, affected fixtures, when the problem began and whether it is still occurring are useful. Tell us about recent drain work, available cleanouts and any restrictions on entry to the property.
